She is done, well it will never be done as teardropper's say, there will always be things to add and or change. But its done enough for me to enjoy it and start doing some camping in luxury, no more tents for me. Thanks to everyone that watchd me through my build, it was a lot of fun and a great learning experience. You can also check out my videos and picture details on the links below.

The roof has been painted and the galley finished, except for some trim pieces. Now I'm working on the trim for the roof and installing the vent. Its getting close, time to start looking for a mattress.

Its a raining cold winter day in Southern California, kinda nice for a change. The build continues, I have three coats of epoxy on the roof, waiting for it to cure for a few days then I'll sand it smooth and paint the roof. I've been working on the galley dividers and shelves, it will be a simple design with no doors. I'm thinking about adding a water tank / water heater and 12 volt electric pump but that can wait. Still some work in the cabin and other things to finish off, but I see light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe I'll take it for a test run next week, Hhhhhmmmmmm !

The hatch is done with supports in place and trim on, took about a day to get everything done. Also received my Raka epoxy so I'm in the process of putting the final coats on the roof, after that will be paint and trim. Still waiting on my roof top brackets, but they can be added at anytime, Also picked up some more switches for the galley and disconnect/ connectors for the solar panel wiring from the panels to the controller.

I ran out of Raka epoxy, so I ordered a 1/2 gallon kit, that should be enough to finish the roof with 3 or four coats. I also ordered some braodhead rivets so I can attach my trim to my hatch .I mounted my hurricane hinge and attached my hatch supports.  I tried using gas piston type supports but could not get the to work correctly, the old finished mechanical supports will work just fine. Now I can work on my galley lights and cabinets.

The roof now has to layers of 1/8 inch Luan in place, sealed between the cabin ceiling and the roof is 1 1/2 inch of insulation, this was glued in place with Loctite PL Premium construction adhesive, then each layer of Luan was glued in place with the same adhesive.  I sealed the screw holes from the firring strips  I used to hold the Luan in place until the adhesive cured. Next will be 3 coats of Raka epoxy and 3 coats of marine topside paint will be applied, same process that I used on the hatch and walls.
